Alofe is the newest cosmetic company in America which develops and manufactures an exciting line of skincare products based on the South African Cape Royal Aloe a unique and rare plant only found in the wild in South Africa and has rejuvenating and nourishing properties. Beauty direct from nature , anti ageing aloe ferox based products, All the rage in Europe a hot seller in France and the UK brought to the USA by the manufacturer and the distributor of the product (Alofe) we plan on making the Cape Royal Aloe and the Aloe Ferox extract a must have product.
Opportunity
We are currently seeking select motivated individuals in the southeast to market the products and create a team of experienced sales and beauty distributor sales consultants to market the products to doctors, salons, tanning salons and retail outlets. This will require hard work but with exceptional rewards.
Responsibilities Include
- Management and execution of a long term growth strategy for existing and prospect salons.
- Preparation of a 6 month strategic sales plan to ensure delivery of objectives.
- Evaluate client growth through the analysis of sales patterns, promotional purchases and treatment purchases.
- Communication of new product launches, line extension and key promotions.
- Be alert to trends that may indicate our need to evaluate, improve sales, and serve the clients more efficiently.
- Agents who eventually would like to create a sales team of channel sales consultants in the development of Alofe professionals in key specific markets.
We will provide support those successful agents where ever possible in staffing and opening of satellite sales offices.
