Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all our products. If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you may return your unused goods within 30 days. In order for us to issue a credit all items must be unused and in their original condition. If the item is used, damage or past the 30 day return policy we cannot accept the return. Your credit card will be credited for the price of the items, less a 10 percent restocking fee within 10 days from when we receive your return.

Shipping
Most of your orders will ship within 1 to 3 days after you place your order (usually within 24 hours). Ground shipping is FREE on all US orders and will take approximately 2 to 7 days to arrive AFTER it leaves our warehouse. If you would like faster delivery we offer 2nd day and next day express delivery at an additional charge. Again, 2nd day and next day deliveries will arrive 2 business days and 1 business day AFTER the processing period. All express charges will be shown to you before you finalize your order. On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email of the expected delay.
Free ground shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. All orders to those destinations must be shipped by 2nd day or overnight express.
